Popular Mexican restaurant in the Venetian mall. Too expensive for lunch; their dinner menu is essentially the same as Lunch. The restaurant is owned by Tavistock, so you know there are many beancounters at play here. They claim to have a happy hour, but have no description of what's happy about it.
