Critic's Review
I heard about this place by accident; it's located on my normat route between Costco and Trader Joe's. So I stopped in for a slice. They have specials that mitigate too high prices; for a million years lunch specials worldwide were 2 slices and a drink for $5. $3 for a slice is no bargain, so $6.95 means you're paying $3 for the slices and $1 for the drink. No great bargain.
I didn't want 2 slices and I had a bottle of water, so I ordered 1 cheese slice; just to give it a try.
This place is just a counter with a couple of seats on the side. Not really an eat-in kind of place. So I took the slice to go.
$3.50 for a 16" slice is way too much. That's $29 for a not really large pie. When 18" pizzas were $12 slices were $2; this is way too much of a premium.
Small, but a pretty good slice with a good amount of cheese. At $16.95 I could see picking up a pie here at some point, but I won't be back for a $3.79 slice with tax.
