Critic's Review
The breakfast restaurant at Sunset Station is the Brass Fork, which is substantially similar to the Lucky Penny restaurants in other Station properties. It's a nice, comfortable space. But I don't like eating breakfast at a counter.
If you get up early you can avoid the crowds; at 6:50am the place is pretty much empty.
You get a pot of good coffee and cream in a glass if you ask for it; I ordered the "American Breakfast" with sausage links and rye toast.
Music isn't bad, with "Weightless" and "Falling Up" detected. The food came out in 17 minutes.
A good portion, but whoever is in the kitchen at this hour has no idea how to do over-easy eggs. Yikes.
At least the yolks weren't cooked hard.
The food was fine and overall a pleasant experience.
