Description
The iconic New York steakhouse has opened in Las Vegas, as so many other NY restaurants have done. This place is located in the Mall on the 2nd Floor adjacent to the Venetian and Palazzo Hotels. The steaks here are more expensive than in NY, however the menu in NY has removed the USDA Prime designation; which usually means they're not USDA Prime.
Here they serve Dry Aged USDA Prime steaks (because it says it on the menu), and you're going to pay for it. $89 for a bone-in ribeye. I find it amusing that you don't get bernaise sauce with the steak; it's a $5 upcharge.
