Panevino is both an absurdly expensive Italian restaurant and a lunch Deli. You can get chicken milanese in the Deli for $12.95 or chicken piccata in the restaurant for $37. They probably slap a lemon butter sauce on the same piece of chicken.The deli is a couple dollars overpriced; in the restaurant you can get $1 worth of food for $25.
