I usually buy the Single Server Mac & Cheese; the package says it's 340g for the whole package.
In reality, I've measured more than 300g of food maybe once; the usual amount is 295g. In fact, the entire package including the plastic tray is < 320g. The good news is that there are fewer calories in the package than indicated on the label. But you're getting 14% less food than the package claims.
One time I bought this product by mistake; I like the classic recipe better. This one has a lot more calories; 480 calories for 226g of food.
Of course there isn't 226g of food in the package. With the tray, it was 214g. 192g of mac and cheese; and yes I scraped out every bit of cheese from the tray.
Again, fewer calories than indicated, but not nearly as much food as they claim.
