The Cracked Egg has multiple locations in the Valley, and this is one of the nicer ones. When flying in and staying at the Red Rock, I stopped in at about 11:30 to re-fuel before checking into the hotel.Getting a booth is easy at this. hour

I'd only been to their Cheyenne location previously; this one was much newer and more comfortable.

The food came out in 8 minutes.

A pretty good haul. Eggs not over cooked with yolks intact. Hash browns needed seasoning but well made.

And they have the good pork sausages. After 2 hours at the airport and a 5 hour flight, this was just what I needed to jumpstart the rest of the day.

The Cracked Egg chain varies from location to location; this location is a newer venue with solid breakfast food.
