Cracked egg has a number of locations throughout Vegas; I'd been to the Summerlin location and it was a very pleasant experience; while their location on W Cheyenne is older and not so nice. This place is kind of in-between.At 10:45 I didn't expect there to be a wait; I try to come between the breakfast and lunch rush, but there was a wait today. Unlike the location in Summerlin, this place doesn't seem keen on single single in a booth.

Coffee was served right away and my order was taken.

Music rocks, with "Don't Fear the Reaper" and Night Ranger on the sound system. The food came out in 5 minutes.

I like lots of butter on my toast; I only eat toast when I eat out, so I like to splurge a bit o the calories.

Conclusion
This place wasn't as accommodating as Summerlin, but the food was decent and the prices are fair. A good choice for a late breakfast in Green Valley.
