Description
An absurdly expensive Italian restaurant in the Sahara; they call it "Italian Soul Food" which doesn't make actual sense, but if you assume they mean the menu is completely unexpected. Soul food is associated with the poor; using ingredients not readily available in standard markets. So you wouldn't expect to find $23 Burrata or a $90 bone in ribeye. Or a $43 half chicken.Instead this is a fancy restaurant with resort prices.
