They make no specific claims as to beef quality or specifics on aging, so assume there's nothing special about it. It seems to fit into the Outback, Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse genre at a higher price point. Steaks come with an old school baked potato with sour cream. No prime rib and $11 for Asparagus or sauteed mushrooms and you wonder where they're buying their food.
