You can schedule an appointment online, you can track the progress of your service on your phone, a they're fairly priced.The waiting room is comfortable but not exactly overflowing with amenities.

the best thing is that they fix flat tires for free. I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak that my car would complain about every week or two; I drove it in, drew out 1/2 h our later and it didn't cost me a dime.
