This place is all about marketing, with a Yellowstone TV series theme. The menu is laced with buzz words; but nowhere does is say that the steaks are any better than anything else you can get.
For $105 you get this:
Four Sixes Ribeye
They use the words "Prime" and "Angus" which tell you exactly nothing about the actual quality of the beef. I suspect that people who watch Yellowstone might get caught up in the hype,
