El Dorado Cantina is an upscale 181-seat restaurant and lounge close to the Las Vegas Strip. The concept presents authentic Mexican cuisine representing the regions of Mexico and its vast culinary traditions. We believe strongly that sustainably-raised products and offering superior quality in our incredibly flavorful food keeps the high standards of our guests in mind. All of our beef, chicken, pork, shrimp and fish originates from carefully-selected farms in the U.S. and are free of antibiotics, pesticides and steroids. The Bar offers delicious white, red and sparkling sangrias house-made with fresh fruits, assorted domestic, import and specialty craft beers, wines, champagne, bottle service and more than 100 tequilas such as AsomBroso 11 Year aged “Vintage” and Clase Azul Ultra.
