Michael Mina's Steakhouse has re-opened in the Mandalay bay with largely the same menu and much higher prices. Price is up 30% for a "NY Strip" that doesn't claim to be either USDA Prime or Dry Aged.Prices are up 15-30% across the board and we know that real prices on beef have stabilized, so this is just a money grab for dumb tourists.
