Ruth's Chris is a chain franchise operation that famously serves USDA Prime steaks. Each location is owned by a franchisor so you never know what you'll get until you're inside. The location in Garden City NY is one of the best, most elegant restaurants on Long Island; the one in Fort Lauderdale is an outdated dump.The prices here really aren't bad for Las Vegas; I guess being in Harrah's instead of the Bellagio has it's disadvantages. $49 for a USDA Prime Rib eye isn't a bad price at all.
