Description
The new Boulder Station food court has opened, and Tacos El Pastor has a counter; a chance to try their tacos without dealing with The Strip. I ordered 1 pastor and 1 asada taco with the works, to see what the works is.It took 6 minutes to make the tacos.

The food court has plenty of seating and not people at 4pm. I landed a booth.

The tacos are traditional soft shells with a lot of stuff on them

Even with double taco shells, these things were a mess to eat. The load of stuff they put on them. The Pastor meat was good, but the rest of the stuff on the taco was very bland.

Same with the Asada Taco, the meat on it's own had some taste, but the overall experience was lacking.
