Martha Stewart has opened her first restaurant in the bowels of Paris Las Vegas Casino; it's located in the space previously occupied by Martorano's, which has closed.The Bedford is modeled after Stewart's home in Bedford, NY which she remodeled during the pandemic. Neutral colors and green plants seem to be the theme.
Bedford Bar
Featuring a tableside baked potato (I kid you not) the restaurant hasn't been particularly well received; the good news is you can get a table any day any time you want.
