Description
Rosa Mexicano will open a location in the Miracle Mile shops; bringing its original Tequila Bar concept to Las Vegas. Known for it's tableside Guacamole preparation, Rosa's offers "auithentic" cuisine in a casual bar setting. However the menu is much more corporate US than Authentic Mexican; you won't fond "Certified Angus Beef" in many actual Mexican Restaurants.

My impression of the now-closed Miami restaurant was that the food attempted to look authentic without much authentic taste. Colorful decor and ignorance of real Mexican Cuisine combine to make the place a fun place to go. The original location in NYC was a must-go in a city with 100 good restaurants; they were purchased in 2018 by a private equity group and I have no experience with them since.
