La Bonita Supermarket

I was getting my car serviced at BMW-only next door, so I thought I'd check out this shopping center. I''d passed this place a million times on my way to Trader Joes, but had no idea what was different about it as grocery stores go.

This is where Mexicans shop; I'm sure I was the only Gringo in the place.

They have an extensive bakery. Larger than most grocery stores;

The line for the deli was quote long; gotta put something on that bread.

This hispanic supermarkets all have fresh tortillas. Truckloads of them. It's how you eat the food.

Beef is not good in Mexico, and the Meat section doesn't have a lot of beef. Apparently they don't consider Chicken to be meat.

I was about to order some food and pick up a few items when the security guard came over and told me to stop taking pictures. It's always amusing when they tell you not to take pictures after you've take 20 pictures.

I left without buying anything. Sometimes businesses have a way of telling you they don't want your business.
