Carver Road Hospitality, operators of Carversteak in Resorts World and 2 other Flankers Sports Bars, will open in the Mandalay Bay Resort on June 10, 2023. Flankers is located at the entrance to The Shoppes mall.Renderings show a large, modern sports watching venue that will rival any venue currently in the city, with a large bar area.

The staged chicken wings look good; at least they know how they're supposed to look. We'll have to see how they are in reality.

The new menu on their website has prices substantially higher than the menus from their grand opening ($32 vs $22 for a burger). If the web prices are correct then we can't even try the place. Restaurants are truly out of control; but only because people continue to pay the prices.
